It’s a dynamic environment with full speed ahead, where there is a strong focus on freedom and responsibility while fostering teamwork—there’s always someone ready to lend a helping hand, whether from your own department or others.

The coolest thing about Coolshop is the mentality that we should be cool and challenge the traditional way of doing things. For example, our meeting rooms are named after superheroes and Transformers – these figures also stand around the offices in life-size versions. It’s just COOL to be part of a company that actively seeks to break norms about what a workplace is and should do.

I would describe the culture at Coolshop as unconventional and fun. For instance, we have a unique wellness group – Coolshop Happiness – that organizes everything from Friday bars and event tickets to monthly visits from ice cream trucks and snacks on busy days. You name it!

There’s a very informal communication structure regardless of position, very much in the spirit of Northern Jutland.

My job at Coolshop is meaningful to me because we always strive to have fun—across departments—while doing our work. Additionally, the job’s flexibility allows me to manage a full-time study alongside my role.
