Buying Apprentice

As a purchasing apprentice at Coolshop, your work will involve buying the right product at the right price and in the right quantity.

The purchasing department is divided into teams, and you will be part of one of the following teams, each with its own apprenticeship supervisor: Beauty and Baby, Toys, Home, Outdoors, Electronics, and Games.

Regardless of the team, your daily tasks as a purchaser will include:

Establishing, communicating, and negotiating with various suppliers.
Creating product listings, selecting items and products, pricing, needs analysis, ensuring accurate product data, etc.
The purchasing department has extensive interactions with our warehouse, marketing, and B2B sales departments.

As a purchasing apprentice, you will be involved in the entire life cycle of the products we sell and the processes related to the marketing campaigns for these products.

Sales Apprentice

As a sales apprentice at Coolshop, your work will involve managing existing customers and reaching out to new ones through various channels, such as our own B2B site where our business customers have their own accounts.

As a salesperson, your daily tasks will include:

Selling to existing and new customers on platforms like Amazon, Idealo, etc.
Selling to both large and small companies worldwide – from major retail chains to small kiosks around the world.
In addition to physical stores, you will also be selling to websites and marketplaces.

As a sales apprentice, you will be on the front line when Coolshop’s products are brought to the global market, which is central to our growth journey.

Warehouse and Logistics Apprentice

As a warehouse and logistics apprentice at Coolshop, you will play a crucial role in the overall customer experience. Our customers need to receive their orders on time while ensuring that the packaging quality is top-notch.

Your tasks may include:

Receiving, placing, and replenishing goods.
Picking, packing, and shipping orders.
Participating in planning and managing inventory to ensure that products are processed and dispatched in the most efficient way possible.

Do you want to combine theory and practice in one of Denmark's most innovative companies? Then you have the opportunity to join the Coolshop Internship Programme – Coolshop's own internship program.

The Coolshop Internship Programme is our tailored internship program, bringing together a group of promising talents who are prepared for a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The programs typically run each spring and fall for a period of 3-6 months, depending on your studies. You will get the chance to shape your own workday with exciting projects and tasks while gaining unique insights into being part of a growth journey at one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the Nordics.

To get the most out of the collaboration, we prefer that your internship lasts at least 2 months – ideally longer – to ensure an optimal experience for both you and us.
